Our services encompass complete travel packages, including itinerary planning, personalized route selection, and destination-specific informational support, thereby ensuring a premium and fully integrated travel experience.
4. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes.
- Respect intellectual property rights and avoid unauthorized use.
5. Bookings and Payments
- Customers may place an order by selecting the desired travel package, specifying the number of participants, and completing the payment process. Upon successful order submission, the customer will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange and confirm the date and schedule of the activity. A booking shall be deemed final only upon mutual confirmation of the scheduled date and time.
- Prices are listed in EUR and shall include applicable taxes only where explicitly specified alongside the stated price.
- Payments must be made using accepted payment methods.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled activity start time are eligible for a full refund of the booking price or a reschedule at the customer’s discretion.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled activity start time, or in the event of a no-show, are not eligible for a refund.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events, the company reserves the right to reschedule the travel package or provide a full refund.
7. Personal Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction. In the event that a customer feels their experience did not meet expectations, we offer the following resolution:
Customers may be eligible for a complimentary future travel package of their choice, designed to address any concerns from their initial experience. This offer includes a special dining experience at a premium restaurant with exceptional views, as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
This guarantee is contingent upon the customer notifying us of their concerns within 48 hours of the completion of the travel package. The customer must provide detailed feedback regarding the specific aspects of the experience that did not meet their expectations, to enable us to enhance our services.
Please note, this satisfaction guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- The offer of a complimentary future travel package is at the company’s discretion and may be provided once per customer.
- This guarantee does not apply in cases of force majeure, customer negligence, or failure to comply with the agreed itinerary.
This section complements our existing cancellation and refund policy, ensuring that every customer receives the best possible experience.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Slovak law.
